Check in as easy and the host walked us through all we needed to know. The unit was clean and had comfortable beds and pillows. In fact, Guilia had put the twin beds together, covered with a topper, which made my rest better than in a twin size bed. The owners left packaged breakfast items, coffee pods, water and wine for us-thank you so much! Reserved parking was just outside the apartment, so handy. There is a lift (elevator) available in the building for anyone with mobility issues or, like us, lots of luggage/groceries. It was easy to catch the bus to the city center and back home again, with the bus stops nearby. The internet, dishwasher and washing machine all worked well. We’d highly recommend this apartment to others.

Huge apartment, windows and balconies on three sides. Very clean. Special effort by owner to please.

Spacious, well equipped. Excellent location, easy to use bus from right outside to get into town. Guilia was very helpful and friendly. There was a lift to access our place on 4 th floor.

Very clean apartment, nice master bedroom, all needed utilities. Accessible parking. We enjoyed our stay.

The host very nicely asked if she prepares 2 single beds or 1 bigger bed. We wanted a bigger one, that turned out to be a pull out couch in the living room, not a bed. The doors to the main bedroom were very hard and loud to open.

I was contacted by text message the evening before arrival and was met at the station. Giulia then took me to the family home and treated me to coffee and pastries where I met her husband Guiseppe. The mood was welcoming and relaxed with my care and safety of genuine importance. We then drove to the property where I was surprised to have the apartment to myself (sleeps six). A range of cooking facilities were available, fresh, clean, towels and shower facilities excellent, wi-fi connections, home tv (netflix, host of English channels etc).Everything that you need is there. Most impressive of all was the fact that they were both only a phone call or text away. Siena is not a large town but they were more than willing to pick me up and drop me off at a moments notice, insisting that I call them with any problem. I am used to traveling independently and was genuinely surprised and reassured by their concern. I didn't expect such a personal service, all with a genuine warmth. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Siena. Chris.

I booked the trip to Siena last minute and found this property available. It is not in the centre but accessible by a short five/ten minute bus journey. The bus stop is outside with buses every ten minutes. You buy your 1,70 single ticket from the tabacchi downstairs to the centre (all pointed out by Guiseppe). If you are a group, you could call a taxi (appx 20 euros). The bar owner downstairs ordered me a taxi with a relaxed manner. I am struggling to write anything that could have been better.
