Nice welcoming, friendly and helpful host. Great showers, warm rooms, access to washing machine and comfortable beds. There is bar and shop 200m away that sells local produce and a fantastic restaurant 400m away.

Poorly maintained facilities with inadequate heating and fuses thrown by the hob and oven being on at the same time. We only cooked once as a result whereas this is normally a pleasure on our trips, turned to an excellent local restaurant instead.

L’host è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile: prima del nostro arrivo ci ha spiegato con grande chiarezza come utilizzare tutte le attrezzature della casa. Ci ha colpito molto il fatto che il riscaldamento potesse essere controllato da remoto: l’host lo aveva già acceso prima del nostro arrivo, rendendo l’appartamento caldo e accogliente fin da subito. Inoltre, è stato lui ad avvisarci che avevamo dimenticato un oggetto nell’appartamento e si è occupato di spedirlo rapidamente. La casa era molto grande, estremamente pulita e ordinata. Un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto. Consigliatissimo! We stayed at this apartment and had an excellent experience. The host is extremely kind and helpful. Before our arrival, he explained clearly how to use all the facilities. What really impressed us was that the heating system can be controlled remotely — the host had already turned it on before we arrived, so the apartment was warm and comfortable right away. He also proactively informed us that we had left something behind in the apartment and quickly helped us ship it back. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well organized. A perfect stay in every way. Highly recommended!

+ Good location, beautiful scenery from the apartman + Close to shops, restaurants (with car, but within 10min) + Well equipped, good sized bedrooms + Alberto, the host: kind, quick to respond and helped with everything, really good host (we had some extra need with check-in, check-out, Alberto solved them, the apartman was baby friendly, we left some important things behind, Alberto noticed right away and offered to post is to us THANK YOU) + Grill is a very nice plus with the garden furniture

The house is located in bellunesi dolomites national park and the mountain view from the garden is amazing!! We enjoyed swimming in the river (on summer) just below the house. Alberto and his wife were very kind and helpful. The house was clean and has everything we needed. We stayed with our 3 kids for 4 days and we warmly recomend it.
