location, near Cocoa and easy to get to was good. Room and bed sizes were good. Beach chairs, sitting around the pool, in spite of it's appearance. The fan in one of the bedrooms.

The odor - overwhelming cleaning product smell that makes you wonder what it's covering up. The dirty windows hardly let in daylight The cheap appearance of one of the bed spreads, the bedroom nearest the kitchen. The lack of outlets even though there was a table lamp in this same bedroom.

House was very clean. Room was comfortable and spacious. Excellent communication with the owners. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Flordia.

Not great. Train noise and sirens at night . Old neighborhood with unoccupied buildings across the street. Not well maintained area.

Pool was unusable. Filled with debris from unkept yard. Outside furniture was rusted and dirty.

Our stay was extremely nice. The home was clean and comfortable and the host gave a lot of attention to details to make the stay more enjoyable. A variety of snacks, Espresso machine and a variety of espresso and of teas. And a bottle of wine. There were even treats for a dog if bringing your fur babies.There were plenty of streaming channels to watch free movies and the price was very fair. The host responded quickly to answer any questions. We would absolutely book with this property again.

We did not find anything we did not like. Unless we somehow overlooked finding one, We only recommend adding a can opener as we could not find one. Otherwise, we could not have asked for better accommodations.
