Good location and enough space for 4/5 people

Basic utensils missing, only two knives and just one frying pan…the door is bit complicated to close and the ceramic glass cooktop was not working. The bath needs to be upgraded

Skvělá lokalita k prozkoumání lokality Sete Cidades, koupání v termální laguně v moři a útesů v Mosteiros. Spodní apartmán který jsme měli byl pro dva víc než dostatečný, kuchyně zařízená skvěle. Parkování před domem zdarma. Kousek do hlavního města, ale ono je to na Sao Miguel kousek vlastně kamkoliv :-)

Nefunkční varná deska, nahrazeno asi doufám dočasně jedno ploténkovým vařičem což je málo. Jinak nemám co bych vytknul.

Our holidays were very good as expected. The island is definitely worth a visit and the apartment was easy to reach by car. It has two big bedrooms and a large living room/kitchen. We found very good that detergent for the washing machine and the dishwasher as well as bin liners and many towels were available.

The kitchen lacked a dishwashing brush or sponge. Also a frying pan and some more water glasses would have been fine. The aluminum espresso machine didn’t have a handle wich made it difficult to use. The apartment was clean but it smelled very much of mold, which unfortunately often happens in basement apartments and seems to be quite common for apartments on the Azores judging from comments for many apartments

This is the rating of the two-bedroom apartment (entry from the street side on ground level, first floor if you're looking at the house from the side of the sea). It is a spacious apartment with balconies in the bedrooms, balconies overlooking the sea, place close to Ponta Delgada but also other nice places and attractions such as Ferraria or Sete Cidades. Located in a quiet street. Ideal to stay out of the crowded places. Car absolutely needed. Comfy beds, good wifi.

The kitchen could be equipped a bit better, but we communicated this to the host already and we got some extra stuff for the kitchen during our stay. Response time could be improved.
