The property is located within walking distance of the street bazaar and other historical sites. You can walk everywhere and not get bored. The unit itself has been redeveloped and all the amenities were jn perfect condition. The owner is fantastic, very gracious and very responsive. I highly recommend it.

Stunning ensuite room, very modern and stylish. Open plan bathroom with bathtub and large shower. Appartment is secure and has all the necessities and comforts. Location is perfect, however dont be surprised by the local vibe right on the doorstep, its in the heart of Palermo. Its an awesome spot that really allows you to immerse into the culture and ambiance of the city. Host was unbelievably awesome and helpful. We had a great stay and got to see that beauty and historical sights of the city. Highly recommend this ensuite accommodation.

Nothing all was ok

when you enter ARCUM you are immediately enveloped in a unique atmosphere. the colors, the furniture, the scent, the details, everything leaves you with a unique emotion. I have traveled a lot in my life, but I have never seen anything like it. it is located a few steps from all the historical attractions of the city, as well as restaurants etc. then what can I say about the owner: polite, kind and always available. inside the structure there were snacks of all kinds (chocolate tarts, croissants, biscuits, nutella, coca cola, tea, beer etc. if you have to come to visit Palermo I recommend this unique structure.

Our stay was wonderful! The host was really attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The host provided us with everything we needed. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Very conveniently positioned for walking into Palermo. The room was beautiful - great for a couple. Tony the host was extremely responsive on message and made the apartment easy to find and was happy to answer any questions we had. We used the facilities of the small pool at the next door hotel for an extra 15 euros which was a nice extra. Overall a lovely stay!

We didn't find it an issue, but the toilet is visible from all parts of the room, so probably better suited to couples than friends travelling together. But decor is really cool!

Amazing decor like stepping into another world. The location is fab near to a local station. The host was great. Great bakery close by too.

Highly recommended. The room is as in the picture, comfortable, clean, new. The host is very helpful, letting me check in early and arranging for the ride back to the airport. Location is great being near the main attractions. It is perfect for couples, really good value for comfort and location.

My small reservation is that it is a single room with a bathroom located on ground level with an entrance from a small alleyway. The alleyway is perfectly clean, taken care off and with nice plantings, but being a single female, I felt a bit uncomfortable, as from the ad I expected the room to be in a larger establishment (showing the pool and the name "suites" made me think so, even tough I could have realized it was not so from the reviews). I had friends walk me to the place in the evening and never had any troubles.
