Schwimmbad war einfach klein und kalt fast 20° Apartment sind Katastrophe, fällt die Strom jede Stunde aus hatten wir fünf minus Grad die Türen sind undicht die konnten uns nicht helfen. Entweder müssen wir genau wie das ist akzeptieren oder nach Hause fahren. Natürlich haben wir kein Geld zurückbekommen war einfach schlecht würde ich niemals empfehlen.

De locatie was prima

Dar er geen horren waren tegen vliegeren muggen !!

Location and facilities were nice, plenty of playgrounds for the kids and also kids club with very friendly staff. And a football wall that is a perfect entertainment for kids. If the weather was good, it would have been great.

It said 2x 2 beds and indeed there were 4 beds but... 1 bedroom has 2 beds next to each other. The other had 2 beds in an L shape, one on top of the other, but not like bunk beds. So 1 person cannot sleep in the bed where their feet will be under the other bed, you cannot turn over. To go to the other bed, you have to... jump? No stairs provided. And no safety bar. So I put my baby in the bed as she would not reach the part where you cannot fit yourself. And I had to sleep on the other bed which was 70cm wide. Each time I had to turn or move, I would almost fall from the bed. I could not put my 5yo there, he would fall to the floor and hurt himself. A very bad configuration... Bunk beds would be far better! A picture of this bedroom was never shared or shown. I took one. Entrance to the swimming pool was very cumbersome, we had to had the app, everyone take selfies, reserve a spot. 1 rolling door, for everyone to get in and out, it was chaos... face scanner would not work great for the kids and they are the majority of the guests... People queueing to get in and to get out, chaos. House looked clean when we got in, baby dropped some water on the floor, I cleaned and the tissue came out black... so the floor was not clean, not great for a baby to walk on.

Location, Peaceful, Calmness. Could not explore all the facilities as we were on a short stay

The access to the site by means of only license plate registration and the only option to do that via the app. I tried to link my reservation of the site in their app to register my license plate (already shared this info). Even after several tries for a week before the trip the link did not work in the app at all. There was no other way to do this. So I was unable to register the license plate. we arrived after the reception was closed and I mentioned this several times over the chat. The only option was to call the emergency number who helped us get in, get out. But we had to call everytime, wait on line, etc. which is a waste of time. and in night when we came back there is no one to let us in. We had to park outside and walk a lot.. and we spent more than an hour trying to setup the app again on our check in... its way too complicated. And way too many emails and messages.. for nothing.
