La casa si presenta pulita, accogliente e con tutti i confort, ideale per 4 persone. La signora è molto disponibile e gentile. Zona centrale è molto tranquilla.

I LIKED THE POSITION IN THE CENTER OF AVOLA. BUT PARKING WAS NOT AS EASY AS PROMISED. I DIDNT EXPECT EASY PARKING ON THE CARNAVAL DAYS - BUT IT WAS A STRUGGLE TOO ON THE OTHER DAYS. THE APARTMWNT IS NEWLY RENOVATED AND LIGHT AND BRIGHT. One of the bedside lamps didnt have a ight bulb. I BROUGHT THIS TO THE OWNER'S ATTENTIIN ON THE FIRST NIGHT - BUT IT WAS NEVER ADDRESSED.

THE KITCHEN ISNT WELL EQUIPPED. No MICROWAVE, and NOT ENOUGH COOKWARE (POTS AND PANS) THERE IS NO PLACE TO HANG YOUR COATS. It is very difficult to get in and out of the shower. I am 6'1 and 200 pounds (not fat) and I had to squeeze to get in the shower. There also needs to be some selving installed in the bathroom ABOVE THE TOILET AND TO THE RIGHT OF THE SINK so that you can get ready easier. One unpleasant thing: I had some food poisonong the first night and soiled the bed with diaree. I INFORMED THE OWNERS IMMEDIATELY AND REQUESTED NEW SHEETS. (Which I paid €15.00 for) There was no plastic matrassen protector on the bed so the ownerner charged me €50.00 to dry clean the cloth mattress cover. I PAID IT - BUT I REALLT FEEL THAT THE OWNER SHOULD PROTECT THE BEDS BETTER SO THAT CHARGING ME €50.00 wouldnt be necessary.

it's very clean and modern perfect location in the city center but very calm nice hosts i will come back for sure :)
