the property was able to accommodate me and my family whilst in Capas to visit our extended family.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the house that I rented in Capas. Despite the fact that I paid a fair price for the rental, the condition of the house was far below standard. Upon arrival, I found that the house was not clean and had various maintenance issues that had not been addressed. The appliances were outdated and did not work properly, the plumbing was faulty, and there were visible signs of wear and tear throughout the house. As a result of these issues, my stay in the house was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I was unable to use the kitchen, wash my clothes, or even take a hot shower. I understand that things can go wrong and that houses can sometimes need repairs. However, in this case, the condition of the house was completely unacceptable and not at all what I had expected based on the listing and the price I paid. I am requesting a discount on the rent to reflect the poor condition of the house. I hope that you will understand my position and agree to this request. Sincerely, Andre Venancio
