everything....they didn't even have hot water and when I ask for hot water they gave me portable heater rod to heat the water.bedsheets and blanket were dirty...room was dirty ...washroom was dirty....disgusting and pathetic hotel.....will not recommend anyone to stay here.

Everything. Rooms were not clean. Pictures on the booking.com of the rooms weee not the same when we saw on actuals. Staff was not co-operative. We check-in and after 15 mins we decided to check-out as the rooms were like lodge rooms. Not value for money. Rooms were not at all clean. No space to move.

There was no AC and it was relatively hot. The rooms were a little stuffy and the bed linen seemed like it hadn’t changed. The tooth brush taken out from a sealed cover was very dirty, seemed like an old tooth brush had been sealed again.
INThe hotel is around a km away from mall road. You can either walk or rent a scootie or cab. Hotel staff was extremely nice and polite. Exquisite service. Food was amazing as well.
