FAMILY Villa

Большая вилла для компании. Комфортная, друг другу никто не мешал. В каждой комнате своя ванная комната, что очень удобно.

На большую компанию не было достаточного количества тарелок. Было две ложки и три одной вилки. Как бы за такие деньги можно и вилки купить. Так же мы попросили, при выезде с виллы, чтобы за нами приехали и отвезли на ресепшн, но этого не произошло. Просили два раза, ответа не последовало. К самой вилле вопросов нет а вот обслуживание хромает.

The property may or may not be as pictured. In our case, a few days before our booking commenced — the villa we booked, was swapped out by the owner off -site via watsapp. We agreed to the new spot, as the villa we were offered instead was exactly the same except in a different location within the same resort and the pool was located on the roof, not the ground floor. The stairs to the roof pool are metal and winding, so wouldn’t recommend for small kids or ppl with disabilities or seniors. Which could mean some people would want to cancel when they find this out - but that is not an option. I liked that it was clean. But cleaners only came once during our five day stay. There’s two restaurants in the resort so getting breakfast was convenient. But it’s a very misleading ad listing.

The property does not outright tell you it’s in the Wyndham Garden Resort in Cam Ranh. Which rents half its villas through their portal and the other half are all privately owned and run. Ours was privately owned. This resort is very far from Nha Trang and you will be spending a lot of money on taxis to do anything. Or you have to accept whatever restaurants and stores are in the neighboring resorts. The listing says “pay in full on arrival” and then gives a variety of payment options. However, when we arrived 10pm at night , our passports were grabbed out of hands by the owner and we were told they were needed for ID to send to local police. This is pretty standard in communist countries. But all That means is they need to photocopy it and they return it immediately. This was not the case. Our passports were taken at the reception by the owner who claimed thats where they were , but as it turns out he was holiding them on his person. Which is incredibly illegal. Once we got to the villa, payment in cash at 10 pm in a dead beach town where tourists can only get out $200 usd at a time from an atm, was demanded on the spot. We were extremely surprised and said we would get the money out the following day as credit cards etc were not being accepted by the owner, despite being advertised that way in the listing. I kept having to call and message the owner to get our passports back and say we want to pay him but need our passports to go to a western union where you can get cash out in full. Basically, our passports were hijacked and held as a garuntee for payment until we could get the money out. Ironically in order to get that much cash out, you need your ID. Also, it’s a resort in a Disneyland of resorts area. so there’s a lot of families with young children everywhere . Tour groups and reunions. It’s loud and not really peaceful.

수건이 여유있게 제공되지만, 직접 세탁해서 사용해야합니다. 하지만, 세제와 세탁기가 있습니다.
