Pas d’air climatisé, nous n’avions pas la télécommande. Aucun linge à vaisselle, pas de tapis de bain, pas de sac à poubelle… Payer une taxes de tourisme par personne alors que nous n’avions pas cette demande écrite et jamais demandé dans d’autres endroits.

La pulizia, la non presenza di sacchetti della spazzatura e sopratutto la complicatissima comunicazione con l'host che lascia le chiavi e le indicazioni per la struttura, il check-in (previsto per le 14) abbiamo potuto effettuarlo solo dopo le 18 e sopratutto dopo aver pagato la tassa di soggiorno in anticipo con metodi digitali e solo dopo aver verificato il pagamento abbiamo ottenuto le indicazioni per accedervi. Cosa che poteva essere chiara fin da subito per non ritrovarci in ritardo su tutte le tappe.

Понравилось размещение квартиры. 1. Тихо. 2. Супермаркет около 300 метров и работает до 21:00. 3. Близко к центру. Можно пройтись ногами.

2 розетки на кухне были поломаны. Не было мыла для рук. Не было шторы для душа.

Well located 10 min walk from the city center, nice , clean and cosy spacy appartement, easy check in, parking okey.

Coffee machine was there but the capsules did not fit in. No disaster 😎

Dwa balkony (jeden w kuchni drugi w salonie), sypialnia z balkonem oddaje klimat Werony, jest zamykana więc można uznać że są tam dwie sypialnie. W kuchni stoi stół i jest to osobne pomieszczenie więc duży plus.

Brak herbaty, kawy, naczynia nie były dokładnie umyte, klimatyzacja tylko w jednym pokoju, woda wylewa się z łazienki. Są to wady, które warto poprawić dla lepszego komfortu ale polecamy

Excellent location. The flat is a 10-minute walk from the city centre, close to public transport with direct access to Verona Porta Nuova train station. Supermarket just 5 minutes away on foot. Good value for money for what it offers.

There was nothing I disliked, but there were a few details that I think are essential for a short stay. There was no microwave, and I couldn’t use the hair dryer in the bathroom because the plug required an adapter. If the host could address these issues, I would have rated the stay 10/10.
