Cryans Hotel

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast was excellent

Everything was to my liking.

Location next to the river,clean rooms,friendly staff,great cooked breakfast,we hired a boat and the rental office was just across the road from hotel,good selection of bars within easy walking distance

spacious clean room came with a great view onto the water, all of the staff throughout our stay were most helpful and welcoming. Lovely breakfast on both days and again very accommodating on personal choices from the breakfast menu. we ate in the hotel on our first night as we were late arriving a few menu choices were no longer available but a turkey and ham roast dinner was nice and served piping hot. The hotel is in a great central location should you wish to take a walk around the town and there are plenty of restaurants within the small town to choose from.

be aware there is limited car parking at the rear of the hotel, apart from that there was little we din't like about Cryans

There was a good selection of alternatives to cows milk The fruit salad bowl had a good selection of fruit. There was a good breakfast option for meat eaters

The breakfast choices for vegetarians were limited compared to the meat options, an additional egg option of an omelette wound have been welcome and alternatives to cows milk yoghurt eg goats or sheeps milk. Being given a cafetière of coffee would be good so one could’ refill oneself rather than waiting to be served
