The staff were fantastic , looked after us very well

maybe a regular shower for a body wash rather than a rain shower.

Friendly staff Lady serving breakfast was a lovely happy welcoming person

Convenient location in the heart of town. From outside the building might look old, but the room was quite modern (the shower was the Rainfall type) and spacious with a nice view of the Shannon. The bed was also very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and for the breakfast, in addition to cereals, yoghurts, fruits, you can choose between full or mini Irish Breakfast, Scrambled Eggs, or Pancakes...Good value for money!

2 cups were placed one on top of the other, and the bottom one still contained some coffee that had gone mouldy. I imagine the housekeeping staff simply overlooked it, and as mistakes do happen, I hadn't the heart to get angry, but it was a shame given that everything else had been excellent.

Great location, room had a fabulous view of the river. Very comfortable bed and all room facilities were more than adequate.

Good location very close to main high street with pubs and food places. Lovely view over the river. Breakfast cooked to order, but wasn’t the best quality.

Very few parking spaces but managed to get parked on the road near buy. Windows in the room didn’t shut out the external noise. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Location was great for the pubs and town. 30 second walk to the first pub and plenty within a short walk. Some of the best pubs for live music and friendly staff, great vibe. The pics of the Hotel make it look more modern than it actually is, but still comfortable and good value for money. Breakfast was ok, hot food cooked to order which is nice, but could be more fresh choice like fruit, natural yogurt, granola, continental choices etc. Room was dated but adequate, pillows were not comfortable though. We were at the front of the Hotel and the windows didn’t shut out the outside noise, actually checked if they were open a couple of times as it was very noisy. Very limited parking at the Hotel but we managed to get free parking on the road next to the hotel so wasn’t an issue.

A little dated. Reception staff could have been more attentive, 3 staff at reception when we arrived but no one acknowledged us straight away which isn’t the best first impression. Breakfast staff were attentive and friendly. Windows sounded like single glazed!
