NYC Apartman with garage

Perfect place to stay

It is very clean and has everything you could possibly need (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). There also is a small balcony overlooking the surrounding residential area. The whole apartment is freshly renovated and has a very nice, modern interior. There is ample parking space nearby but you can even use the associated garage spot to park your car. The owner is very nice and helpful. Communication was very smooth and pleasant. The area had a rather local vibe which was nice and there is a supermarket within a walking distance of 5 minutes. Overall, the apartment is simply exceptional! :)

Nothing to dislike. I just think it should be kept in mind that the apartment is rather far from the city center, so it might not be suitable for a city trip. There are also not many restaurants, etc. around. However, it is very close to the airport which was important to me and the area has a rather authentic vibe.

The apartment is brand new and well decorated. It was clean and cozy. The garage for a car is an excellent bonus. The owner is quite pleasant and friendly.

Underground parking with the fixed spot, the elevator, good water level in the shower. Beautiful mountain with the walking route on it 10-minutes walk. Quiet neighborhood with some good grocery shops by the house.

There is no hot water in the kitchen
