Me cancelaron la reservación el mismo día que llegaba a CDMX

I'm a solo female traveler and I laned late in the evening because of a cancelled flight. Arrived to the hotel and was unable to check in. No reply to the doorbell, no answer to multiple phone calls, no answer to multiple messages through the booking app. No instructions left for a self check-in. I was alone at night in a city of 20+ million with nowhere to go. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service. I had to make other arrangements for the night and was eventually able to check in the next morning. Do not recommend.

Gorgeous and spacious room in an incredibly convenient location. The plants and balcony were a great touch, and kitchen amenities were great.

The only reason I'm giving 9 stars instead of 10 is because the shower doesn't always heat up. It's not cold, but sometimes doesn't get hot.

Gran espacio y muy bien cuidado

Las sábanas eran muy SUAVES y la cámara era muy cómoda. Además dejaron jabón, shampoo y crema de enjuague para el aseo personal y café para usar en la cafetera!

Faltaba algún mueble para estar y/o dejar cosas. Ademas faltaba luz y los artefactos que había no iluminaban mucho. También faltaba cacharrro para calentar agua. Las sillas de la cocina eran muy pequeñas.
