Booking says that it includes airport transfer, which I understood as the property will arrange and pay. In my case, the property arranged the taxi but I had to pay. I also didn't like that staff asked me for tips at the end. Also I had to sleep with all the room windows closed to avoid the draft which was making a loud blizzard like noise.

Food is not available near you ...you have to be fully dependent on Swiggy or zomato services. Or else buy your stuff and stay there

INRoom size and bed size
Bad odour from the wash room. Negligence of receptionist(he didn't provide towel & toiletry automatically at checkin time. Further at checkout time, he was sleeping in a room, by locking the outer gate. So I had to knock each & every room to search him. So myself and the taxi person were waiting till he got up and opened the key. Further he has openly asked for tips. I had given 10 rs. Then he asked for more. So again I gave him another 10 rs. Hotel distance from the airport is more. So taxi charges will be more to reach the airport
