Riad Jasmine

The location of a property is great. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The rooms are clean and big. The shared space is very comfortable too. I truly recommend it!

At the beginning I couldn’t find the entrance to the riad but I quickly received help and that wasn’t a problem.

Călătoria a fost în luna decembrie. Temperaturile au fost destul de scăzute apropiindu-se de 0 grade către noapte. În camera sursa de încălzire a fost o aeroterma. Ținuta in priza toată ziua a mai încălzit camera dar nu la nivelul optim. De asemenea in restul riadului nefiind o alta sursă de încălzire a fost cam frig. Prin booking relaționarea cu proprietarul a fost foarte ok, am primit hârtie igienică și prosoape fara probleme. Are și o bucătărie care poate sa fie folosită fara probleme. Internetul a fost cam deficitar de asemenea dar țineți cont că peste tot in Maroc este cam la fel. Pentru excursii și alte activități recomand să căutați pe booking sunt preturi foarte bune și plecărilor se fac din fata Riadului. Riadul este situat într-un complex păzit care are langa magazine și restaurante la prețuri mai bune ca in alte parti. De asemenea are o poziție foarte buna fata de piata Medina unde se poate ajunge pe jos in maxim 20 minute, ceea ce este foarte bine din moment ce taxiurile sunt destul de scumpe. Per total recomand acest riad, a fost o alegere buna raportat la ceea ce se găsește în Marrakech.

Calitatea internetului Lipsa unei surse mai bune de încălzire

L hote très réactif dans les échanges. L emplacement calme la nuit. Bonne literie. L accès aux différents restaurants, à des prix très corrects dans la résidence.

Les chats qui se promènent dans la résidence, indépendant du propriétaire. La fermeture des portes avec des cadenas.

I have stayed here before and love it. Its a bit out of the centre from the main square but it is easily accessible by taxi. We didn't use pool but the cafe near the house and the shops are reasonable and good quality. The security on the gate is encouraging. Flexible arrival due to keys in safety box is useful when plans change. Overall a lovely riad and helpful owner and staff.

On arrival we had to pay the city tax , which I am aware of but I paid it to the man at the security gate and it appears he did not pay the hotel owner , which is a shame as that left a bit of animosity between us a he was not paid, and I had already paid the tax. One tip I would say is for the owner or his staff to ensure that when communicating with the guests in messages on booking .com, please confirm not to pay the security or anyone who asks and wait until they meet the owner at the Riad. It left me feeling guilty although I had paid already . Watch out for staff who offer to help you locate the riad as the man was stood at security and took the city tax., then he followed us to show us the riad. He talks to the security officer so is obviously known as staff there.

It's a nice place, quiet, nice rooms and the pools are great,

No reception, is more like an express

Beautiful riad in the village , lots inside the complex . Shared lounge and kitchen . 20 minutes in taxi to the medina and square .
