BGThe apartment was decently cleaned and arranged, it has everything needed for a normal use. The location is perfect, everything is near and can be reached walking!

Building in which apartment is located is very old and dirty. Price of the property was too high but that was due to the fact that there was Neversea festival in the same period in Constanta and all properties were overrated.

No balcony.The internal luminator dirty and filled with bugs and pigeons. No elevator. Noisy aircon.Apartment is dependable on public utilities therefore for three days no water at all.
