L’accessibilité ainsi que les équipements de l’appartement, tout était super !

Flat is close to the lake, 10 min walk, and 30 min walk to Centre. Flat is comfortable and clean,some essentials such as a couple of dishwasher/ laundry tablets provided which was great. Instructions on waste disposal, where bins are located left in the flat and some spare bin bags would be helpful, especially in summer. Host very helpful ,responsive.

The view and balcony, good size bathroom, clean well equipped kitchen, automatic window shutters.

Wifi was slow, inconvenient shower area, check in and out times

The only thing we like is that is relatively close to como. Views are nice and kitchen, washing machine and rooms were ok.

WiFi was super slow almost did not work. The apartment was dirty with spider webs on one of the walls near the kitchen. The floor was disgustingly dirty. The code never worked to open the door. There were no keys available in case the app to open the doors was not working which happens all the time. It just does not work. The host was not able to get us an early check in (1 hr earlier) or check out instead of 10am, 11am. A 10am check out is too early!

The apartment was perfect - the view was magnificent, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen equipped with almost everything. We liked the place so much we didn't want to leave. The host was so kind as to allow us to stay till 7pm for additional €30. It was definitely worth it.

There is a coffee machine and a kettle but no tea or coffee so one should probably bring theirs.
