Appartamento comodo, pulito, fresco, luminoso e ben ventilato. Buona posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, con diversi parcheggi gratuiti nei dintorni Ideale per gruppi di amici, grazie alle 3 camere da letto + salotto e cucina, ed ai 2 bagni con vasca e doccia.

Tutto perfetto. Tenete solo in considerazione che si trova all'ultimo piano senza ascensore, qualora ciò potesse rappresentare per voi un impedimento.

"Great,comfortable stay in Teramo."

Loved the air conditioner and lots of space in the unit. Lots of linens and towels, dishes, etc. Lots of extras like coffee, water, laundry detergent etc,

4th floor, no elevator. Parking spot is very difficult to access, better to rely on street parking.

"Clean and cosy"

Cosy decorated, clean, spacious, soap and shampoo available

Can be hard to find a parking spot in the street, missing a vegetable knife but apart from that the kitchen was well-equipped. There are beds for 6 persons, but no space at the dinner table for 6 (we were with less people so this was no issue for us)
