The house owner is very friendly , and helpful. The house is big and clean.Everything is there.

The only thing is in summer there’s no air conditioner,other things are perfect.

The location was 15-20 min walking distance from the beach and 10-15 minutes walking distance from city center. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything necessary. The host is great, very helpful and kind. We received many good recommendations and support each time we needed. There is a superstore in the area.

Last days there were some renovations noises from another apartment in the building. The area is usually very quiet, however, there were some noisy neighbors outside we could hear after midnight, for couple of nights.

It was a large apartment with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was a very good size and well equipped. Giusi made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of good information about the apartment and local area. It is close to the train station and the supermarket. It met our needs perfectly.

The host is very welcoming and responds quickly if you need help. The apartment is located in a quiet area with free parking and close to a supermarket. It is also quite close to the city center.

Noisy doors and windows; you can hear noises from the neighbors. Basic toiletries should also be provided such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

In a nice, comfortable residential neighbourhood behind the Pescara train station. Close to shops. Very light, spacious and clean apartment. The owner is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to be helpful.

It is 15 minutes walk from the centre of town and the beach.
