Mia Homestay

The room was very modern and clean, exactly like the pictures! Vy was also very friendly and accommodating. She let us store our luggage for the day before our bus and left us with two cute souvenirs!

Mia Homestay is a true oasis in Hoi An—we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our six days. Vy, the owner, is one of the most genuinely hospitable people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family, greeting us with a handwritten welcome letter full of local tips, fresh fruit, and endless kindness. She went above and beyond to help us organize our stay, always with a warm smile. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed—everything feels fresh and comfortable. The location is ideal: just a short walk to the Ancient Town, yet peacefully tucked away from the noise. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Amazing homestay in a great location. Walking distance to all the ‘touristy’ parts of town, but with plenty of more local restaurants about and a lot quieter. The family were so kind and accommodating - massively recommend, especially for the price!!

This was the nicest home stay we have stayed in the whole of Vietnam so far! The location is perfect, about a 10 minute walk from Old Town, surrounded by nice coffee shops and convenience shops. But what made this stay for us was how nice Mia and her family were- they went out of their way to be kind and helpful to us, writing down recommendation’s and asking us all the time whether we needed anything. The price for the home stay is insanely good as well. Thankyou so much Mia☺️

The property consists of two separate rooms, not an entire apartment as one might expect. That said, the room we stayed in was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The host was warm and welcoming, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The location is another big plus—right in the city center, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay!
