Clean, friendly staff, and good location. Also, something needs to be done about the brightness in the room at night. Please invest in blackout curtain or shade of some sort.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff - gave great recommendations for dinner. Room aesthetic is a real industrial vibe but good modern room amenities and comfortable beds. Beautiful views of Mt Fuji from the rooftop.

Amazing hotel, loved the design, had the twin suite that had its own large balcony off the over sized room looking over Mt Fuji, large comfy beds, couches, kitchen, great shower the water pressure was strong. Staff are friendly, great recommendations for a local restaurant t that was equally amazing. They offer reasonably priced local craft beer. One of the best hotel I have ever stayed at internationally.

The view of Mount Fuji was outstanding. The beds and shower were great. The staff was velvery friendly and helpful. They even carried our bags to the room.

Taxis could not find the location. The street was very noisy.

"Lovely comfortable hotel"

Smart minimalistic design and very comfortable

Thought it was near Mount Fuji but if public transport then limited options and takes 2-3 hours. If rent car then 1 hour journey
