L'appartamento è in una posizione centralissima, a pochi passi dalla stazione e dalle fermate degli autobus che portano alle spiagge. La stanza è pulita e accogliente con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, e la signora che lo gestisce è stata fin da subito molto pronta e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.

La posizione è ottima, sia per la stazione che per gli autobus che portano alle spiagge. Allo stesso tempo trovarsi sulla via principale fa sì che ci siano molti rumori. Io ho dormito senza problemi ma per chi ha bisogno di silenzio potrebbe essere un problema

The property was tiny but more than enough! The bed was really amazing and comfy! And the room was really nicely decorated. A lot of charging points which was good. So yeah overall really happy with the apartment, with a nice clean private bathroom as well. The host was also helpful with check-in, even though we arrived late - so thank you. Location was perfect, about halfway between the harbour and the train station with lots of nearby shops.

Selene was a friendly and responsive host who offered daily cleaning of the room. Comfortable bed, great location, good shower. Just a note it’s about 12 minute walk to La Spezia train station, and the area felt safe even when walking late at night. Lots of restaurants in the area

Cleanliness can be improved, even our host said the cleaning was not great and took out a mop when we checked in. There was no toilet paper or body wash/shampoo when we checked in, wifi did not work while we were there, we were advised it was due to the rain. The air conditioner also stopped working. Nice shower with good water pressure, would be great if there were hooks to hang clothes in the toilet. We could hear street noises throughout the night, perhaps as we visited close to Easter weekend. It would be good if there was soundproofing and blackout curtains.

Great location just off one of the main streets. Easy access to train and marina Host was good and check in etc easy

Hot!! AC was exceptionally noisy and even woke up during the night sweating as the exhaust hose had disconnected so hot air was circulating in the room. Managed to fix it in the middle of the night. Shower was ok. Internet didn’t work. Apparently they were “doing work on the line” …for 3 days…

The location is in the city center and also walkable from the central station. Very clean and owner was very prompt in responding and helpful. She also allowed us to do early check in.

Wifi was not working during our stay , other than this everything was just perfect.

The room was really nice and clean. The handover of the key was done via a small box, with a code provided by the host. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there is also a kitchen that can be used, if needed.
