Fragrant hand soap at the vanity, streaming television options, mood lighting by the bed, easy instructions for adjusting temperature, dead bolt in addition to lock pad for overnight. Host maintained in direct contact through text. They were clear and easy to follow. Host was very accommodating with a later checkout by 90 minutes (thank you)

First time doing this, and maybe it was just me, but I felt awkward being at the rear of someone’s residential property and passing through their driveway down stairs into backyard. Husband loved it. Bathroom on raised platform so we rely on our nightlight to make sure we didn’t trip. Had two refrigerators, but the second one was very noisy and we left it unplugged. Able to keep plenty of food cold but not able to make ice. Bit of a bummer at the end of a hot day, minor inconvenience. Kitchen area well equipped, see above— just needed some decaf tea and honey for those who don’t use sugar or want something more in the evening. Speaking of evening, all the lights are overhead and very bright, except for some lights by the bed and one lamp near the sofa… could’ve used another floor lamp or side lamp nearby or dining area. (We were greeted by chickens, but they were not noisy. Yay!)

Very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Keyless entry. We only stayed one night, but there are lovely kitchen facilities. The bathroom is a ‘step up’, so not good for special needs or wheelchair access. Lovely stay!

Location was fabulous! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy access to everything we needed. The place was clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable.

The one thing missing was kitchen supplies -- utensils, bowls, plates, pots/pans, etc... cheap, worn and not enough.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient to freeways and restaurants.

A large, comfortable space located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to a park, restaurants, and shopping. I had a fantastic stay and enjoyed meeting the host family as well. Hope to come back some day on my next visit to South Utah.

Great location. Quiet beautiful garden setting. The king size bed and couches were comfortable, and the added offering of free streaming services made this choice our top pick in Cedar City.
