Location. Friendly staff. (But not trained)

Moldy room, smelling damp, dirty toilets, staff sitting around doing nothing but place needed a good clean. , forgot our laundry, didnt know how to operate coffee machine. Bathroom looks nice but totally impractical. Sink with nowhere to put soap or towels. Bins not emptied. Basucally volunteers with no training or motivation.
