It's a very clean hostel. The staff is welcoming. They have fully equipped kitchen. You can do laundry on the spot and it costs 500-700 tenge.

There is only one women shower and only one women toilet. Everything is clean but it might be a line.

We had a great stay. The dorms are comfortable, with soft mattresses, individual reading lights, power sockets and privacy curtains : we slept really well! We were warmly welcomed by someone who spoke English and took the time to show us around and help us settle in, which we really appreciated. The hostel also has a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area with plenty of seating, which is super convenient for cooking, eating or working. It’s located in a quiet, leafy residential area, with a shopping mall nearby and several places to eat around. The metro to reach the city centre is within walking distance, making it very easy to get around. I definitely recommend this hostel if you’re staying in Almaty!

it was great stay here at hostel. I hostel management people are very welcoming and helpful. Even not know the language, i was able to make them understand what is needed. 5 days stay here was amazing.

it would have being great if someone would have known English from the hotel management, people visiting from international country could get benefitted. Google translate works but sometime one on one communication could have been good.

Highly recommended. And don't worry about the location not in the center because this hostel is located on the main street of the city, behind the Moscow Mall near the metro station also called Moscow. 1) Bus #92 from/to the airport stops here and costs 0.3 EUR (and there is even a night bus #3 which does the same all night and costs the same). 2) The center can be reached by a very cheap (same 0.3 EUR) metro in 20 minutes. Besides it is very easy to use Almaty metro: there is only one metro line. All other aspects of the hostel are top rated and simply the best, you won't find anything better in the city and you won't regret your choice

Great new and clean hostel, conveniently located near the subway. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.
