IL MAGNIFICO

The property was in an excellent location. Wonderful old world charm. Beds were comfy, bathroom and washing facilities perfect. We felt much at home, for being away from home.

It could use mirrors in the bedrooms to facilitate getting ready.

Good location and proximity to carpark 6.

A kettle would be nice.

The unit was spacious and comfortable. It had a nice feel and was welcoming. Owner reached out a few days before with things to do and restaurant recommendations. Owner was good communicator. Probably a 10 if it had a better description on booking.com.

Description needs to be better on booking.com. 1. Twice mentions an electric water kettle but there was not one. 2. Room on 2nd floor (EU 2nd, US 3rd) with steep steps. Part of our group were 70+ so not ideal. 3. Apartment in restricted traffic zone so could not get to Apartment to unload luggage without paying a fine. We chose to pay the fine because of age.

We loved the typical Tuscany feel of the house. We felt at home here

the locations, the kitchen, the size of the place...there's dancing room.

The beds were firm, which is ok for many but a bit too firm for me and the pillows were small and hard. Everyone likes something a bit different and I found it difficult to get comfortable.

We had an excellent stay here. The apartment is adorable and very spacious. I loved the décor and style. Getting the keys was very simple and the host was always quick to respond. The host was very accommodating and receptive to our inquiries. The location is walking distance from everywhere in Montelpuciano. I would definitely recommend if you need a 2 bedroom stay.

The property is absolutely beautiful old charm. With stone and wood finishes without. It was by far the most unique place we stayed in during our travel. The hostess is helpful with recommendations and wants to make sure everything is good for your time there. I forgot to leave the room tax and offered to send her money for it but she graciously told me not to worry. There is a very lovely extra touch of wine bottles at a reasonable price in the room. The temperature is good. It is located nicely to walk anywhere quickly. We would highly recommend staying here for a unique and comfortable stay. It’s just wonderful!!
