Apartment is stylish and very well equipped. In a heart of Palermo, close to many restauranst and cafes, as well as to main attractions, sea, shopping area or to train station (15min walk). Balcony is deffinitely a plus as it was super nice to have a morning coffee with via Marqueda view. Host was super friendly and helpful even tho we needed to use translator to communicate. I'd recommend for short and long stays (but bring good earplugs).

Noise from the place downstairs -loud music till late hours specially during weekends (even 2-3am) which made it a bit hard to sleep. Apartment windows are sound proof but the noise is going up thru walls and shaft behind bathroom.

everything was perfect:-) the host is very helpful, the location is the best, in the heart of the old town. The apartment is beautiful, the balcony is fantastic ! There is everything you need -coffee capsules, even milk, a few bottles of water, fruit and cookies 🙂 Thank you for amazing stay!

Location, right in the heart of historical Palermo. The studio was small but had everything you needed. Was very clean, recently refurbished in sympathy to the age of the building. It was on the first floor so we didn't need to use the lift. We loved the little balcony where you could sit and watch the world go by (it is a very busy street till early hours). Walking distance to lots of historical sites, restaurants and bars. A 5 minute walk to the bus stop for the airport bus. The host, very helpful and friendly, was easily reached by watsapp.

It wasn't a huge problem for us but the host who saw us into the flat didn't speak English. Google translate came in handy. I guess this could be difficult for some. When the patio doors are open it is very noisy but once closed there is no noise.

- Great location, right above the popular Via Maqueda (which was super busy at pretty much every hour of the day, depending on the type of personality you have, you could find this bothersome or great, we enjoy busy places and we loved the balcony in the morning having coffee). - Room was great, very clean, sending our compliments to the hosts who arranged and decorated this place very nice and very practical, with everything you could need. We loved it. - Great windows, covering most of the noise outside, and the restaurants and street were ALWAYS busy. Music was still audible from the bar downstairs, but after a day of walking around Palermo, slept with no issues. Great sound-proofing nonetheless. - Lots of bars and restaurants around, a lot of things to see very close to the apartament.

- Nothing to list, I think thinking of a negative would be just nitpicking.

The hosts,the location and value for money....also the Sound proofing really was a much appreciated feature
