He is very rude on call and refused to acknowledge Booking.com as confirmed booking asked us to do with make my trip. He is very high headed individual never recommend this type of behaviour

Nothing, Pathetic service

Owner was arrogant, didn't accept the booking through Booking.com said we take full payment then only we accept booking, then why do you even list your property in booking.com which allows travel to book without payment and I asked if I can pay on the day of Journey, he said I don't know call Booking.com service people. Is this the way to talk to customer. Pathetic Owner. Not recommended at all.

The staff was extremely friendly and useful

The owner was rude and threatening, he was not understanding at all. The property was extremely inaccessible due to rains and the owner is not acknowledging that the property has issues

Nothing, we didn't stay there

Highly disappointing and distressing experience. We had booked a room and paid ₹7,056 in full. (Even though the amount at the time of booking was different) However, the water supply in the room was extremely dirty smelly and unhygienic, as shown in the attached photo. It was clearly unfit for use, especially with a child in our group. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the issue was not resolved, and the response we received was unhelpful. We were told to change the room, but the same water is be used everywhere.Also the other room showed to us was a damaged building with broken tiles and sinked floor, So we had no choice but to check out immediately. The behavior of the staff was good but the owner is very rude and arrogant. To make matters worse: No refund was provided The owner behaved rudely and arrogantly The overall experience was mentally disturbing and unhygienic amd the owner is claiming that the water is good and safe for use. This amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practices, and unprofessional conduct.

the veg food was excellent and they had north indian cook so taste was great, the service was great and location amazing

the resort is still under construction to have to put up with workers and cement around you

The stay was good. rooms were comfortable.

Care taker's attitude. He walking into the room and asking us to fill the register book. He knows only hindi.

Location was amazing with nice facilities for family n kids..nice staff with helping tendency..
