RHUM B02 - Liberty

Locația a fost exact ce îmi doream. Restaurantul de lângă cazare a fost ceva spectaculos. Recomand cu drag !

We stayed in studio 1. Location was good, ~20lei taxi to old town or 30-40 minute walk. The room was spacious and comfortable and the overall experience was great. The space was clean, parking is reachable by low cars and wide enough. Rating would've been 10 stars if it wasnt for the below.

The host was unreachable until 10 minutes before check-in. They've sent an automated message upon booking that there are 2 studios and if we are unsure which one we are in, we should ask. I've asked in Booking, Telegram, SMS and tried a call (all in the span of 5 days), receiving no response whatsoever. Then on the day of check-in, I called again (10 minutes before check-in) and only then they replied, sharing instructions on the check-in. The guy on the phone was polite and apologised for the delay, but a simple text saying "I'll send all details on the day of your arrival" would've been nice as I was starting to think it's a scam listing. Also, it would be nice to have at least one towel for the hands as we have only received a big bath towel/person.

It was big and clean !! Bravo !! Also Alexandau was a great host !!

Parking was a little bit confusing because there are different entrance’s because of the buildings and the first day we were waiting a little bit outside but it is such a nice place that is worth it !!

The apartment does not match the photo! I can't understand where such good reviews are coming from, this was awful!!! Other people's hair all over the apartment, other people's hair on the bed linen, dirty floor, broken shower holder, or rather its absence, the bathroom door is swollen and there is dirty in it, dirty toilet and toilet brush, which is long overdue to be replaced, the shower curtain is covered in some strange stains. Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! I didn't even want to go into the kitchen and eat after this, I just had a gag reflex. After visiting this apartment, I wanted to wash myself and wash all my things, even clean ones. I don't recommend it!!!!
