Location is good.

The rooms were not as clean as expected, lots of dirt under the beds and the WiFi did not work in the rooms. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet pipes, and we experienced flooding issues, which was informed to the property but they couldn’t fix it. Additionally, the hosts were not particularly friendly.

Location was really great.

The shower was completely calcified. The owner and the maintenance people didn't care to do anything about it. They give you WIFI codes yet in the end all do not work and you need to sit in the lobby to use it. Communication with the staff was flat .. it's like they don't care about their customer satisfaction. They were hanging out in the lobby themselves all day. On top of that there are roosters near that wake you up Really early if you are not totally knocked out.. so if you need your sleep after a late nighter then forget it.

Rue principale à El Nido mais calme, très propre, confortable. Le wifi ne fonctionne bien que dans les couloirs qui sont équipés de table et chaises à chaque étage pour en profiter. Eau froide et chaude à disposition à chaque étage pour vous préparer des cafés solubles.
