She showed us the apartment and gave us the keys.

The information implies there is an outside space with outdoor furniture, a balcony, terrace, and patio. It is in fact an enclosed balcony with windows , which I would describe as a conservatory. There is a sea view from the apartment. I would have preferred to be able to sit outside in the sun.

The apartment was not properly cleaned overall, especially the fridge and the bathroom were quite dirty. We found some food stains and ants in the fridge as we arrived and it wasn’t properly cleaned even after the cleaning person re-visited on the second day of our stay. The shower facilities, water sinks in both the bathroom and the kitchen are pretty old and full of limescale. The cooking tools such as pans and pots have so many scratches and the knife needs to be sharpened.
