Location (close to medical care for patients), parking, friendly communication with staff. Cleanliness. Large apartment and well equipped kitchenette + a lot of storage space. Quiet during nighttime. Comfortable bed and good indoor climate control. Stylish design and good practicality.

The fact that the apartment is situated at the semi-basement level. Barely any natural light gets in, which at first is confusing when you wake up in the mornings.

În rest, apartamentul în sine nu e chiar așa nou, cum pare în poze. Toaleta și chiuveta s-au înfundat la miezul nopții și nu am mai putut fi folosite…
