THE TOKI fujikawaguchiko

The property was gorgeously situated along the edge of a forest. It was quiet and quite lovely. We stayed in a 3x bedroom villa, which was a great size for our family (3x adults 2x children). We loved the baths and the bath salts. On arrival, we had a chiffon cake of Mount Fuji waiting for us, which was lovely. Fridge was filled with water, beer (for adults) and apple juice (for kids). It felt like being welcomed home.

Unfortunately, it was rainy during our stay - so Mount Fuji was not visible. The view was magic just the same — beautiful part of the world.

Very comfort room, great service, the shuttle bus helps, but it is not a must have as it is close to the station. The highest point is the view to Mt. Fuji from all apartment windows including the bathtub in the second floor.

I would prefer a queen size bed instead of two separated single beds, I did not notice it was the only option when I booked.

This hotel is worth all the good reviews! The staff is very friendly and helpful - we arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but they took our luggage and when we arrived for check in it was already in our room! They also offered free shuttle service to take us back to the train station when we checked out! The villa is also amazing! You have two floors and a third which is a terrace. The 2 floors each have a bathroom which include a bathtub with Fuji view! Also from each floor you have an amazing view to the mountain. We also got very nice amenities sets and a complementary mt Fuji cake which was delicious! The terrace is also superb with benches and an umbrella to stay there while enjoying the amazing view.
