The amenities were very nice! The view and space was incredible!

The breakfast options were odd, but tasted good nonetheless. I wished there were some different options. The staff is great, but there were some inconsistencies with some instructions and what housekeeping would refill and do.

Staff are helpful. Good view of Mt Fuji. Quiet and private.

Safe is small and movable so it is not secured. No mirror in ground floor or inside the room, inconvenient. Need storage for clothes. One phone is required in ground floor. Shuttle service is limited. Pillow too soft, and not enough support.

The view of Fujisan from our villa and rooftop was magical. We didnt need to battle any crowds to go to viewpoints it was right in front of us. It was a highlight of our stay sitting on our rooftop having sunset drinks. Very comfortable villa. Glad we hired a car as the walk back from town is up a very steep hill.

I didnt like the self check in process and it was quite lengthy. The breakfast was delivered cold and was average. it would have been nice to have a lounge on the ground floor level rather than just a table and chairs. Also no dishwashing liquid and tea towels were provided to wash dishes. Kitchen provisions very basic.

Loved the spaciousness of this place, the rooftop , perfect for our family of 5. The bath, the views, all the amenities and extra bits and pieces. The projector was also awesome.
