The place was clean and comfortable

They didn’t have a plan B for load shedding

They had good lighting and security

Booked a family room which only had one toilet. The parking space was too little. Was there for 2 nights and there was no internet. We were told it had problems the day before we arrived and that they were working on it. Unfortunately it never was fine till we left and no apology was given. MTN network was also a little bad in the area. The bad was very old and had squeaky sounds

I am terribly disappointed with how i was treated, i booked for a particular room with it rates and my stay got confirmed on to arrive at the guest house to be told that the room that i booked as appeared on my confirmation was occupied by another guest, and for that i was given a much worse room way less than what i paid for. During my attempt to query all this with the caretaker one couldn't ignore the rotten attitude that is Booking.Com that logged the wrong room for me. i asked for the owner and she told me she doesn't know the owner instead i must call the number appearing on the property link, as if i was going to get help but instead i was again told that the room that i was allocated was much bigger and better than what they gave me. I spent my stay in the room that i didn't book, with no Headboard , Very small, and no Balcony, Smelly/stuffy Capet which irritated my Sinuses throughout my stay that hell room,

I liked the fact that the accommodation is near mountains and water and most of activities are near by
