Our stay at Casa Galileo in Reggio Calabria was absolutely wonderful. The staff treated us like family — caring, kind, and always ready with the best local tips about Calabria’s hidden gems. The breakfast was delicious and the location couldn’t be more perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. Truly no complaints at all — we’d stay again in a heartbeat, if only to see our lovely hosts again. Highly recommend!

No lift and not clean in stairwell not a great neighborhood lot of trash. Doesn’t change my mind about Rio. I love it there just a not a good choice for us.

Plenty of space. Lovely big windows you could open. A washing machine. Helpful host who kindly left us wine. Parking right outside.

Several flights of stairs - we didn’t mind but some might find it a challenge. Place a little tired. Oven and microwave not clean.
