The host is really helpful and available to help at any time. The property has a nice architecture and is beautifully furnished. An amazing book shelf to keep you busy in a rainy day . It was a shame we had to leave the next day but we will return for a longer stay. We recommend this place 100% . Thank you very much .

It’s spacious, clean and comfortable.

We cannot recommend this apartment. It’s spacious and comfortable, however it should be indicated with capital letter that it’s not recommended for people who wish to sleep in the night. The owner sent us a message that „they do not recommend staying for more sensitive people or parents with small children”. We do not mind staying on a street with pubs and bar, but here you have to be prepared for VERY loud club music all night long till 6am. You feel like being actually in a club. Closing window doesn’t help and makes it actually worse, cause except of the noise, the apartment is hot and stuffy. We were with 3 kids, tired after traveling by car the night before arrival, even though no one could sleep here. I think the owners should be more straightforward in terms of description of this place because in most countries it is against the law to have parties like this in the city center. Mere indication that it is a ‚bar area’ doesn’t allow to imagine how it looks in real. We are not sensitive, but it’s unbearable for any average person.

Super clean and the apt is just in the heart of the city.

Excellent location, beautiful building from outside. The host very responsive.

Horrible entry staircase. Lots of garbage and dark. Apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator. Located above gallery with bars, open until late at night. Could not sleep until 3am because of noise even though were very tired. No A/C, very hot rooms. Cockroaches in children bedroom. The apartment is not suitable for turistic rentals because is impossible to get rest. I think adding photos from the entryway and staircase would be even a bigger deservice.

Clean and well equiped apartment

It is right above a NIGHT CLUB. Good if you like clubbing, bad if you like sleep.

The clubs below. It was written they can get loud, and if you are sensible or with kids it's not recommended. I don't have those problems and usually can sleep in loud environments with no problems, but there it was impossible with the whole room vibrating from the music below (you have to be really drunk to be able to sleep while the music is playing downstairs). We just ended going to another place to sleep that night.

Great location within the Vulturul Negru building, right in the center of Oradea. Nice host, the rooms are large and welcoming. My daughter liked the small children bedroom. We appreciated the host warmness and complimentary coffee.

The only reason for which this booking is not a ten is the fact that the building is under renovation and going up to the apartment is not a pretty sight.
