Aurora Lodge

Aurora is a cute lodge. We bonded with Emma the cat that we miss, Humphrey the dog. Everyone was so nice and helpful. the rooms are comfortable and with some nice green touches.

A fantastic beachfront experience with clean, comfortable rooms and exceptionally friendly staff

Right on the beach. The bungalows are modern and very clean, with lockable safes. The facilities are great, they have free kayaks and a bar/ restaurant that sometimes has live music. The food is good, and if you walk (or kayak) up the coast there are two really great places to eat. They have a whole list of excursions they can help you with. The place works hard at being both fun and peaceful and gets the ballance just right.

We planned to stay atAurora lodge for one night but ended up staying for three, and the trip felt like a little excursion to paradise - I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sainte Marie! From the arrival throughout our stay, Karen and her tam have been welcoming, friendly and helpful in organising any activities. The food in the restaurant is delicious - and both vegetarian and gluten-free friendly, which is not easy to come by! Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and clean; with an incredible view of the beach and ocean just outside.

The hotel has a new owner (Karen) and she and her assistant manager have the place under control! The food is great, the location quiet and the best section of the entire island. If there is an issue, it is taken care of immediately - top service!

The place is spotless.Run by very professinal and helpfull staff including one very friendly lemur.Very yummy food.Would reccommend to anyone. Families or couples regardless.
