Villa Cobojo

The staff was so welcoming, and took such great care of us. The pool was lovely, and the Villa itself is situated right on the beach. We had such a great stay.

Loved it all!

Breakfast was delicious-fresh fruit and pastry choice. Also an option to order the wide variety of breakfast choices at additional cost if wanted.

The unexpected extras, welcome drink and continental breakfast included. The rooms were decorated to our taste, comfortable and functional but also stylish with great attention to detail. I loved the temperature of the water in the swimming pool, not too cold.

The refrigerator was noisy and apparently there was a limiter on the TV volume so whenever the refrigerator kicked in we had trouble hearing the dialogue of what we were watching. The refrigerator was turned up high so we turned it down a bit and that helped a little so it didn't come on as much. No other complaints!

The manager, Erica, was wonderful - as well as the staff that I met. We were welcomed with drinks and home-made guacamole with a personal explanation of the facilities. Erica went above and beyond to answer any questions and it was right across from the beach which was lovely. The location in Bucerias is great as well. The attached little restaurant of similar name has fantastic fish tacos you must try them!! ...but look for other coffee places, they haven't quite mastered that!! Overall this hotel is an excellent value for the money, and I didn't even stay in an ocean view room. It was nicely air conditioned, newer and equipped with many kitchen gadgets! I cannot say enough good things about the staff and manager, which coupled with the clean and lovely amenities is a win-win.
