Not crowded and peaceful, staff was friendly and accommodating, pool was nice, room was clean and comfortable and food was a little pricey but good. Was able to use kayak for 1 hour no charge.

The TV had very weak signal the entire stay despite weather. While there were many channels a good fraction of them did not work, but the ones that did continuously lagged out. Any applications that use the Wi-Fi, such as Netflix, YouTube, etc. did not work at all.

Resort far away from everything and quiet area. Beach is spited between resorts in that area, but you can walk along most of them. Pool is big and nice setting.

Resort is not joined with the beach like others, and they dont clean the beach of leaves and coral pieces like most other resorts do. Room 6, there was some kind of a pump that went on frequently all night with loud noise that made us not sleep much. Not sure if same in other rooms.

"Clean and great sea view."

The room is big and clean. There is TV fridge and kettle in the room. Toilet is a bit rundown but it is clean. Staff is very friendly. They provide life jacket for snorkeling. great Seaview.

The pool has lots of bug and the bug bites. Food choices can be increase.

It’s a pricey place for me but the place matched it with small gestures like complimentary drinks and just a posh/environment to be in. There was a power cut but that was no problem for Swissfinity, they had backup generators. - Very secluded. - very posh/fancy - super nice beach - The kitchen has at least one western Eurpoean chef so if you want real western food cooked like you’d find it in Europe, come here!

- Doesn’t accept debit card. I didn’t have cash to hand so had to send by bank transfer which has extra charges to it if you’re not local - kitchen closed at 8pm
