Quiet location, on the top floor so you get a view. Authentic feel, nice 😀 Good communication from the owner👍🏻

Highly functional apartment, and worked great for me as a solo traveler in town for a conference. It's in a nice location close to lots of coffee shops and restaurants, and I also found public transit very accessible. Joe was an accomodating host, and I really appreciated that he made it possible to do an early check-in on short notice.

O apartamento estava muito sujo, o tapete da sala estava cheio de manchas e a toalha da mesa da sala igualmente. O poliban também estava sujo. As portas do quarto e da casa de banho não tinham maçanetas. O açúcar fornecido na casa estava duríssimo. Não conseguimos utilizar a TV, apesar de dizer que estava ligada à rede Wi-Fi. Havia ferrugem na portas do frigorífico. Os talheres estavam muito perto do chão, nem estavam se quer numa gaveta. Os armários da cozinha também estavam em muito mau estado.

Die Gastgeber waren hervorragend zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war spitze und der Herr vor Ort war super freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Die Küche hat wirklich nur das nötigste hergegeben. Etwas mehr Besteck und Geschirr wäre super.

The property is in a calm neighbourhood. The views are indeed very pretty, and it feels very homey. The apartment is compact but not cramped at all. We had plenty of space. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We had everything we needed!

Sometimes the city came to collect trash outside the apartment after midnight and was a bit noisy, but that went by very quick so it was not really a problem.
