Villa Kotlar

We stayed for 3 nights — 2 adults and a teenager — room on the 2nd floor with a pool view. The villa, breakfast, service, staff, pool, etc. — everything was perfect. The nights were very quiet. It’s about a 10-minute easy walk to the first restaurants and shops, and just a few more minutes to the bazaar. An Albanian bakery and a few small street shops are only a few metres away. It’s a maximum of 25 minutes on foot to the Ohrid port and old town. In the other direction, it’s only a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel along Lake Ohrid to the hill where you can start walking up to the fortress. If we come back to Ohrid, I will definitely book Villa Kotlar again — we loved it. The prices at their bar are also very good. 10 out of 10 :)

Good conditions, perfect room with all you need to stay a few days. Breakfast is simple but tastes ok.

To the center you have to go around 35 minutes

Nettes Personal, besonders das Ehepaar, das die Unterkunft betreibt ...wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben große Flexibilität gezeigt. Eigentlich hatten wir erst für einen Tag später gebucht, sind aber schon einen Tag früher angekommen. Trotzdem haben sie sich sofort um ein Zimmer für uns gekümmert, zum gleichen Preis pro Nacht. Alles, was wir gebraucht haben, wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt – Bügeleisen, zusätzliche Sachen und vieles mehr. Meine Frau wollte zum Beispiel ein weicheres Kissen haben, und auch das wurde direkt ausgetauscht. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden und würden beim nächsten Mal gerne wiederkommen.

Neuwertiges Hotel mit komfortabler Zimmer Ausstattung.

It was perfect

About 1/2hr walk to harbour/town centre. Weather was rainy and cold. The roads and footpaths all around the town are badly in need of maintenance.

A modern and new small hotel that was comfortable and had a good room with a nice view of the fort. A good breakfast, friendly staff and beautiful to walk along the lake into the city

When it rained heavily, it was less good that there were no restaurants in the immediate area. Responsive from the stairwell

Izvrsno je bilo sve. Vlasnici odlicni, izlaze u susret, sobe velike, cistoca odlicna, usluga odlicna, hrana svjeza i jako dobra! Bez zamjerke!
