ILSuper cool experience staying in smack in the center of this authentic, vibrant Italian village. It's a trek to get up the winding mountain roads but well worth it! The local store acrothe street has everything you could possibly need and more. The fresh baked goods and produce each morning was to die for. The house itself was the best stocked home we've ever been to - it didn't just have pots and pans, plates, and silverware, it had everything you often have to buy yourself: from foil to ketchup and even a freezer bag for taking food out for an afternoon by the lake or hiking. The bathroom was also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The beds were comfortable (most of the sheets were cotton, some were polyester, which is a bit sweaty in the august heat). The host was responsive and kind. Highly recommended!
The house is on the main street so there was some noise. The porch is not shaded and was too hot to sit on for much of the day.
