Kusum Palace

The host was helpful and gave the entire floor for 2 days stay 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen and drawing room + another separate room .location was good and all food and other shops just walking distance

All was good

Big room, away from Ghat area so mostly quiet, close to Railway Station and you can get auto/cab early morning from here, large terrace balcony, polite and helpful host. There’s a kitchen area too. When I was booking the room, which is non refundable by the way, it said that air conditioning is part of the room. It even showed air conditioning under facilities. However, only after booking the room, I was told that AC charges will be extra. around 700 per day on top of the room price and the AC (being old) was not strong enough for the large room. It’s not about the money but going forward, please ensure transparency and kindly upgrade your AC too. Blankets need cover and pillows and bedsheet were really dusty, in fact the whole bed was dusty. Also, no WiFi on the top floor at this price means it falls short of being value for money. I had to stay only one night so I managed but am leaving constructive feedback for improvement.

The property is very good and suitable for large family also . The host is very friendly.

The owner Yash is very prompt and extremely polite. Very comfortable stay. Quite clean and accessible to the city

Recently had a peaceful 4 nights stay at Kusum Palace and loved every moment of it. The Owner - Yash is very helpful and friendly. What ever you need he is always there for you. The Property - Safe and well guarded , if you are travelling with women/family or even solo, the place is totally secure. Rooms - Furnished, neat & clean , spacious. Comfy beds. Location - A bit far away from the major destinations in Kashi (Ghats, Vishwanath Mandir, Bhairo Mandir etc) but since its on the Main Road a lot of transport options are available.

The location is perfect. And the owner is helpful too.
