Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. As it was a room in the basement, it was cool and no need for a/c. Hot water was available. Room service was good. Location was near shops and restaurants, about 8 minutes walk away.

More attention to detail needed. Could be cleaner, particularly the bathroom.

Bad quality rooms. Misleading room facilities mentioned on booking com.

They are cheaters. Once you reach for check-in they demand higher rates than booking.com. Rooms are also worse than appearing on booking.com.

Excellent hospitality, good location, cleanliness.

Some amenities like refrigerator was out of order in some rooms , nonetheless as we have booked several rooms hence were able to take care of this among an ourselves.

Good location, clean property, attentive staff.

Some amenities ( refrigerator) was in need for repair.However, as we have several rooms hence family members were able to use the refrigerator in other rooms.

Staff helpful and always available to assist. Quiet house. Good location.
