Nothing at all, there was no staff, buffet was so disappointing, no dining area, no restaurant, nothing I found good in it

Rooms - bubbling and peeling on walls, lift not functional, bed liner don’t look fresh. Pathetic breakfast, no water bottle in rooms . In fact I saw cockroaches on the table in cafeteria where breakfast cutlery is kept. I had to wake up reception guy when I reached hotel at 2 am

The only thing i can say is the location as we had a morning flight so wanted to stay closer to the airport

The hotel is in absolute shambles.No working lift, filthy rooms with broken furniture and fittings, there were pan spit stains on the wall, absolutely no room service and they are ok to allow food from outside but won't allow the food to be delivered from the downstairs restaurant which is weird. The breakfast spread was bare minimum. The place looks nothing like the pictures shown in the listing

The staff did not provide the room booked as per categories on the booking portal, provided an inferior room

They took a lot of waiting time to provide the room. The room scan key was not working

Room linen was not clean. Bathroom was too congested.

Hotel staff very coopertive, clean rooms, overall good experience
