A truly unique villa in terms of architecture — with a tree growing inside the house, lots of shaded areas, and a deep swimming pool. Our whole family found it emotionally very comforting. Some of the most beautiful beaches are just 10–20 minutes away by car. We would definitely choose it again..

Many pieces of furniture and areas of the property require better maintenance. It feels like the villa has been used only for rentals in recent years and has been somewhat neglected. We also had a few misunderstandings with the property manager — including an instance where he entered the house while we were away at the beach, without even notifying us at all.

This villa is absolutely fabulous, the host was so so nice she left water , wine & cookies for my kids also. She was so helpful throughout and I will definitely return. The location is ideal as 2 minutes from the villa u have restaurants, shops, bars etc. Couldn't fault this place at all.

The photos on the listing don't do the house justice. It is beautiful and has a wonderful feature of being built around a tree. The layout is great with a huge master bedroom and 2 roof terraces. Everything you could possibly need is provided from a fully equipped kitchen, an enclosed bbq area and a large smart TV. We spent most of our time outside in the spacious well maintained garden with the kids never out the pool. The pool is great but is very deep and may not be suitable for families with small children. The location is excellent with a 2 supermarkets and several good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We spent a very happy week here and we are looking forward to returning in the future.

It was our first stay in a Villa and I would highly recommend it. Host was very pleasant and helpful as we had a slight problem connecting to the Wi-Fi when we arrived but was quickly resolved. We had everything we needed there, plenty of towels, all kitchen utensils and drying rack for clothes. The Villa is very spacious and aircon in all rooms. The gardener came once during our 1 week stay and he was very polite and the pool was also cleaned. Location is 15 mins drive from both Albufeira & Vilamoura but just a 5 min walk from the Villa you have a selection of restaurants, pharmacy & supermarket with fresh bakery. We hired a car but wasn't really necessary as Uber's are very cheap. Also Aldi is a 10 min drive which is where we stocked up for the week! We found a lovely strip 5 mins away by car with lovely restaurants leading onto the beach (R. 25 de Abril 15, 8200-642 Olhos de Água, Portugal) Would highly recommend a family stay here

I really couldn't fault our stay!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The host was very greeting and genuine even without meeting her face to face. Everything was very well organized and explained when booking the property.

There were a few things that we noticed during our stay. First off, since we stayed for over a week we wished that the post provided more towels. Also we wish she had a portable pool cleaner so that the pool stayed clean at all times. There were a bunch of debris at the bottom of the pool. Also we wished that there were TVs in each room just to provide extra entertainment. One last thing was we wish that there was some sort of rack to hang clothes after washing them.
