"Great value, nice accommodations."

We were in town for a baseball series with Ole Miss and this location was excellent! Only a few miles from the stadium. The living space was clean and pleasantly decorated. We didn't use the appliances, other than the refrigerator and it worked well.

If you're someone who likes warm-really warm showers, be prepared for lukewarm water. It was a cold weekend in Oxford and I wanted a warm to hot shower because I was chilled to the bone but the shower water didn't heat. The sink water would get hot but not the shower water. I am just a hot water kinda person, so this is pure preference. Also, bring a blow dryer, if you need one!

Everything was awesome.

The only negative thing is I’m old and in bad health and I had to carry my stuff up a flight of stairs BUT this is NO negative reflection on the owner. I’m just being honest.

Great locale to university

One bedroom very nice while the other was plain, no info on how to access wifi or organized entry info but our questions were answered very quickly so it wasn’t a problem
